This policy applies to all jewelry and knitwear orders placed at https://samanthahillg.myshopify.com, covering processing time, delivery cycles, shipping fees and international customs rules.
Order Processing Time
All jewelry and clothing orders require 1–5 business days of handling before dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays). Ordinary earrings, necklaces and knit tops: 1–3 working days processing. During large sales events, processing time may extend to 7 days, we will notify you via email in advance.
Global Delivery Transit Time
We cooperate with USPS, FedEx, DHL and local postal services for worldwide delivery:
- United States & Canada: 5–12 business days
- United Kingdom & EU: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Other global regions: 12–25 business days
Shipping delays caused by customs inspection, courier peak seasons and bad weather are out of our control, and we will not provide compensation for regular delivery delays.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination country, package weight and delivery method. Free shipping promotions will be clearly marked on product pages during campaigns. Express expedited shipping is available with extra charges displayed before payment.
Logistics Tracking Information
Once packages leave our warehouse, we send a delivery confirmation email with tracking number and query link. If tracking has no updates for over 7 days, contact our support team for help.
Lost or Stolen Packages Handling
If tracking shows delivered but you never receive the parcel: Check neighbors, front desk and local post office first, then email us within 3 days of delivery record; we help file loss claims with couriers.
If logistics confirm packages lost in transit, you can choose free reshipment or full product refund; original shipping fees are non-refundable unless carriers take full responsibility for loss.
International Customs & Duties Statement
All import taxes and customs clearance fees are borne by buyers solely. We will not cover any customs charges upon arrival. Customs inspection may open packages and delay delivery, we cannot interfere with local customs decisions.
If you refuse to pay duties and parcels are returned, we only refund merchandise value minus original outbound and return shipping costs.
Undeliverable Packages Rules
Parcels marked undeliverable (wrong address, recipient absent, refused delivery) will be shipped back to our warehouse. After receiving returned goods, we deduct outbound and return freight from your merchandise refund. If you still want the jewelry or clothes, you need to place a new order and pay shipping again.
